Ladder Candlestick Leg Lifts

Lying on your back with legs straight, hold on to the wall bars with straight arms.

Keeping your legs straight, extend your legs straight up towards the ceiling.
Using your abdominal muscles, push your feet up to the ceiling, lifting your hips off the ground.

Return to the start positon.

To make this exercise easier, bring your legs up with your knees bent as shown in the start of the video.
