Carrying baby side lying with side flexion stretch (Torticollis)

Stand or sit in a comfortable position holding your child on their side.
With one hand, support the child from their side or shoulder.
With the other, support the child's head.
Gently tilt the child's head bringing the ear towards the shoulder to stretch the muscles of the neck in the opposite side.
You can encourage relaxation during stretching by calming your child by using gentle speech, singing or movement with your own body.
