Cervical flexion in supine (Cervical flexion/deep neck flexors strengthening with head lifts, supine)
Lie on your back with a rolled-up towel in the small of the neck.
Tuck your chin down toward your chest, and then lift your head up.
You may find it helps to press your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
Control the movement back to the start position.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
