Cervical proprioception with laser pointer in tandem (Cervical proprioception, tracing shapes, with laser pointer, tandem stance)

Stand up straight with the laser pointer around the top of your head.
Place one foot in front of the other, touching the heel of your front foot to the tips of your toes on your back foot.
Calibrate the laser against the wall by ensuring it points directly ahead of you as you look directly ahead.
Place a shape on the wall.
Try to trace this shape with the laser by moving your head.
You can make this exercise more difficult by using more complex shapes.
