Cervical Side Flexion on Ball

Sit relaxed on a ball with hands in your lap, feet hip-width apart. For safety, you can start with a corner behind you but not quite touching the ball to the wall.

Tilt your head gently to the side so that one ear comes down towards your shoulder. (Don't bring your shoulder up to your ear.)
