Cervical Side Flexion with Rotation Stretch

Trapezius

Start in a sitting position. With one hand reach over head towards your opposite ear and gently pull your head towards the shoulder. Next, rotate your chin away from the direction you are leaning until you feel a stretch in the front and side of your neck. Build up and loosen the stretching-position slowly!
