Chest press with weights - Version 2

Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor, and arms resting by your sides.
Hold a weight in each hand with your elbows bent and pointing slightly out to your sides.
Press the weights upwards to straighten your arms.
Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
