Chin Tucks with Postural Control

Stand with feet hip-width apart and lift both arms up in front of you to shoulder height. Lengthen your back and straighten your hips.

Push your chin and head forwards and then up. Tuck your chin in and lengthen the back of your upper neck. You can also feel the position and the movement with your eyes closed.
