Combined forwards, sideways hop over hurdles ("High knees" Hopping forward 1/to side 1/return 1, hurdles in a 'S'; 01)

Lay some hurdles out in a snake formation with the first one across, and the second at a right angle to one side.
The third should be across, and the fourth at a right angle on the other side.
Make sure you have set-up the hurdles to fall the correct way if you knock them.
Stand on one leg at one end and hop forwards over the first hurdle.
Hop sideways over the second, then hop back to the middle over the second hurdle.
Hop forwards over the third, then hop sideways over the fourth hurdle then back to the middle.
Repeat this sequence until you reach the end.
Return to the starting position to repeat the movement with the other leg.
