Lay some hurdles out in a snake formation with the first one across, and the second at a right angle to one side.
The third should be across, and the fourth at a right angle on the other side.
Make sure you have set-up the hurdles to fall the correct way if you knock them.
Stand on both legs at one end and jump forwards over the first hurdle.
Jump sideways over the second, then jump back to the middle over the second hurdle.
Jump forwards over the third, then jump sideways over the fourth hurdle then back to the middle.
Repeat this sequence until you reach the end.
