Commando push ups ("Push up, commando" Chest/shoulder strengthening, bending leg to side; 02)

Get down into a push-up position with your hands directly beneath your shoulders.
As you bend your elbows into a push-up, bring one knee to your elbow and then back.
Repeat with the opposite knee.
