Crawl on all fours ("Crawling, all fours" Forward, backward, side to side)

Start on your hands and knees and tense your core muscles.
Crawl forwards for the required duration and then crawl backward to the starting point.
Move across into a sideways crawl and continue on as directed then move back to the starting location.
