Crawling over various objects

Start on your hands and knees.
Your hands should be in line with your shoulders and knees in line with your hips.
Bring one arm and the opposite leg forward.
Then repeat with the other side.
Only the opposite hand and leg are off the floor at the same time.
Create an obstacle course made by using various objects which the child is encouraged to crawl over, such as mattresses and pillows.

Required equipment: Pillow, Yoga bolster
