Cross V-Ups

Start by lying on your back with your leg straight and your arms slightly abducted from midline. Flatten your low back against the surface.

Lift one leg and opposite side arm. Curl your upper body up and rotate towards the leg. Keep your knee straight and reach towards the toes with your opposite side hand. Reverse movement to return to starting position and repeat with the other side.
