Crunch in crook-lying

Crunch in crook-lying

Lie on your back with your legs bent and feet flat on the floor.
Place your hands on the outside of each thigh.
Curl your trunk, raising your shoulders off the floor, and reach past your knees.
Hold briefly then lower your shoulders back down towards the floor in a controlled manner. Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
