Crunch on wobble cushion - with weight
Sit on a wobble cushion with your feet on the ground.
Hold a weight in both hands.
Lift the weight towards the ceiling while leaning your trunk backwards.
Simultaneously lower the weight towards your stomach and sit upright.
Try to maintain your trunk and back straight while performing this exercise.
Repeat the movement.
Required equipment: Dumbbell, Weights, free, Wobble cushion / foam
