Curl Up and Twist with Feet on Exercise Ball v1
Lie on your back with your lower legs on an exercise ball and hands behind your head.
Curl up and rotate your upper trunk and bring one elbow and opposite side knee towards each other.
In a controlled manner uncurl back to the starting position.
