Cutting agility – change of direction - acceleration / deceleration – run (60 degree turn) – opponent ("COD (sprint to/turn)" Fwd sprint/turn 60°/fwd sprint, cones in a row to side; 01)
Place three cones and a defensive mannequin on the ground in front of you, as shown in the diagram.
Start on cone one facing the defensive mannequin.
Stay light on your toes.
When ready, run to tap the defensive mannequin then continue to cone two.
Return to the start and repeat.
