Decline chest press - with dumbbells ("Bench press (decline)" Chest strengthening, with dumbbell (bilateral))

Lie face up on a decline bench holding dumbbells at your shoulders with an overhand grip.
Keep your feet on the floor, your hips and shoulders on the bench and arch your thoracic spine.
Press the dumbbells straight up over your shoulders.
Lower the dumbbells, keeping your elbows close to the body until your upper arms just break parallel to the ground.
