Decline push up

Start on your hands and knees, with your feet lifted on a step and toes curled under.
Lift your knees off the floor so that your body is in a straight line from head to heels.
Keep you body straight as you you bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the floor.
Push through your arms to straighten your elbows.
Repeat.
