Stand up straight and place a ball between your feet.
Bend at the waist to touch the ball.
Push your body weight into your hands, putting pressure onto the ball.
Bending your knees, dropping your hips down between your feet.
Raise your right arm up whilst following your hand with your eyes.
Raise the left arm up and look up at your left hand.
With your arms in the "Y" position, stand up keeping your chest tall.
