Dorsiflexion accessory stretch (Gastrocnemius stretch, with band, standing)

Tie a band around a solid object and stand facing away from it with your affected foot in the loop.
The band should lie across the front of the ankle with some tension in it.
Keeping your heel down, lean forwards, bending the ankle and using the band to increase the stretch.
