Dorsiflexion stretch in long sit against strap (Gastrocnemius stretch, with strap, sitting leg straight; 01)
Sit with your legs straight out in front of you, for example on a bed.
Loop the strap around the ball of your foot.
Hold the ends of the band in each hand.
Pull your toes and the front of your foot towards you into the band.
Hold this position.
Relax, and repeat.
Required equipment: Strap, Adjustable plinth/bed
