Double boat ("Double boat pose" Balance, sitting, into hamstring stretch, with partner)

Sit on the floor facing your partner.
Place your feet against your partners feet with your knees bent.
Hold hands.
Make sure your legs are between your arms.
Hold this position.
If you are able to, slowly push on leg while bending the other and then swap.
