Double BOSU split jumps

Place two BOSU balls in a line on the floor on the flat side.
Place one foot in the middle of the front BOSU and the other foot in the middle of the back BOSU.
Get into a lunge position.
Jump up and switch legs in the air so that the front foot is now on the back BOSU and the back foot is now on the front BOSU.
Briefly stabilize and then repeat.
