Dumbbell bench press - with straight legs

Lie on your back on a bench holding dumbbells at your shoulders with palms facing to your feet.
Your legs should be completely straight and supported by the bench.
Press the weights straight up over your shoulders and fully straighten your elbows.
Then lower the weights back to the starting position and repeat.
