Dumbbell chest flies

Lie on your back on a bench and hold dumbbells in both hands
Press the weights up to straight arms, with your palms facing in.
When ready, lower your arms slowly out to the side, whilst keeping a small bend in your elbows.
Once your upper arms reach parallel to the floor, bring your arms back to the starting position and repeat.
