Dumbbell shoulder shrug on vibration plate

Stand upright on a vibration plant with feet hip width apart.
Keeping your elbows straight, pull your shoulders up towards your ears in a shrugging motion.
Hold briefly and then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
