Dumbbell Side Bend

Stand tall holding a dumbbell in one hand with your arm straight. The other arm can be supported on your waist.

Bend to the side of the dumbbell in a controlled manner. Return to the starting position.

Note: Keep your back in neutral position while bending to the side and avoid rotating your trunk during the side bend.
