Dumbbell Upright Row

Stand tall, holding weights in front of your hips.

Lift weights to chest level, leading the movement with your elbows pointing outwards. Then, lower down in a controlled manner.

Note:
- Keep your elbows higher than the weights at all times.
- Focus on shoulder muscles; try not to shrug your shoulders.
