Dumbbell Upright Row with Shoulder Press

Stand tall, holding dumbbells in both hands with arms by your side and palms facing inward.

Lift weights to chest level and bring your elbows to the side. Keeping your elbows in place, rotate your forearms back and bring your hands pointing to the ceiling. Then press your hands straight up. Lower down in the same way in a controlled manner.
