Dynamic Anterior Chain Stretch in Split Squat Position

Start by standing with one leg lifted on a step behind you.

Squat down and turn your trunk towards the front leg side. Feel stretch in the front thigh and in front of the hip of the rear leg. Perform the stretch in a dynamic manner, i.e. perform the movement repeatedly without stopping.
