Dynamic balance in split stance 'lunge' DR and TR (Balance, walking forward, drag/turbulence resisted, with small kickboard)
Stand up straight in the water at a depth instructed by your therapist.
Hold a small kickboard in both of your hands in front of you.
Push the kickboard forward through the water as you take a large step forwards with one leg.
Plant your foot, bending both of your knees, and hold this position.
Take a big step forward with your other leg and repeat this movement across the pool.
