Dynamic balance in supine floating position MTC – advanced (Core stabilzation, supine on float - passing object side to side)
Lie on your back with a noodle under your hips and your head rested back into the water.
Bring both of your arms out to your sides and hold a float in one hand.
Tighten your stomach muscles and keep your hips level.
Lift both of your arms out of the water and pass the float from one hand to the other above your head.
Don’t allow your body to turn.
Return both arms to the surface of the water.
Repeat the movement, passing the float back to your original hand.
Required equipment: Float - noodle, Float - dumbbell, Buoyancy collar
