Dynamic leg swing - with bare feet

Stand in front of a mirror without shoes and with your arms by your sides and elbows bent.
Lift one leg off the floor and slightly bend your knee.
Control the position of your trunk as you start to swing your leg forward and backward.
Let your arms follow the movement as if you were running.
Gradually increase the speed of your swinging leg.
