Dynamic leg swing - with pause

Stand and lift one leg off the floor and bend the knee and hip to 90 degrees.
Bend your elbows and bring the arm opposite your front leg forward.
This is your starting position.
When ready, control the position of your trunk as you swing your leg backward lightly brushing the floor on the way.
When your leg is straightened behind you, pause for a moment and hold this position.
Then return to the starting position.
Let your arms follow the movement as if you were running.
