Dynamic quads stretch (Quadriceps stretch, stepping into hip hinge, single leg)

Stand up straight with a clear space ahead of you.
Take a small step forward on one leg, and kick the foot on your other leg up towards your buttock, catching it in the hand on the same side.
Keeping your back straight lean your body forward, keeping your thigh in line with your body and your gaze ahead.
Touch your free hand down to your toes.
Ensure your knee does not drift out to the side.
Hold this position briefly, before you repeat on the other leg.
