Dynamic Side Plank with Hip Abduction

Start by sitting/lying on your side with your upper body supported on your arm with the elbow straight.
Lift your pelvis so that your body is in a straight line.
Slightly lower your pelvis and then, as you lift it back up, abduct the upper side leg upwards. Then again lower your pelvis and repeat the lift.
