Dynamic Trunk Flexion from Supine

Lie on your back with your legs straight and arms folded across the chest.

Tighten the abdominals and slowly curl the trunk to lift the head and shoulders off the floor exhaling all way up. Keep the trunk curled as you come to a sitting position, now inhale and slowly unroll back down exhaling on the way down.
