Eccentric Knee Extension - Machine
Set up the seat length, the height and leg support to suit.
With the lower pad on your lower shins gently extend and straighten your legs.
Pause briefly at the top of the movement and lower only your unaffected leg, leaving the affected leg to support the weight of the machine on its own.
Then lower the affected leg back down in a slow and controlled manner.
