Eccentric shoulder abduction in the plane of the scapula with load
Stand with your arms by your sides.
Use a stick in the hand of your unaffected arm to lift your affected arm up in front of you and to the side as high as comfortable.
Release your affected arm from the stick and keep your thumb uppermost.
Take a weight from your assistant and then slowly lower your arm back to the starting position.
Repeat.
