Eccentric shoulder internal rotation in supine with load

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
Hold a weight in one hand, with your arm out to the side with your elbow bent.
Your hand will be pointing towards the ceiling, and your palm facing down towards your feet.
Place a towel roll under your elbow for support and comfort if needed.
Slowly lower the weight towards the floor so that the back of your hand is leading.
Return to the starting position assisting with your other hand.
