Elbow Extension in Supine with Dumbbell
Lie on your back with your upper arms straight up above your face, elbows bent and pointing towards the ceiling with your hand above your head.
Grip the dumbbell with both hands, or use wrist weights.
Straighten your elbows and bring your hands up towards the ceiling.
Hold for the given duration. Slowly return to starting position.
Required equipment: Dumbbell, Mat, Adjustable plinth/bed
