Elbow extension sitting (weight bearing) (Elbow extension, triceps strengthening, weight bearing, hand on table, sitting)
Sit on firm surface with your hands placed by your hips. Place your weaker arm out to the side.
Lean your weight through your weaker arm, slightly bending your elbow.
Hold this position before pushing through your arm, straightening your elbow and returning back to the upright position.
Required equipment: Step, Adjustable plinth/bed
