Elbow extension, forearm supination/pronation in supine (sling users) (Elbow extension stretch, with pronation/supination, supine)

Lie on your back and relax your affected arm in the sling and rest it by your side on a pillow.
Carefully remove the sling and allow your arm to straighten by your side, turn your palm face up and face down.
Do this for 2-3 minutes to allow your elbow to stretch.
