Elbow extension supine (self assisted) (Elbow extension triceps strengthening, supine - supported)
Lie on your back with your arms by your sides.
Using your stronger arm, lift your weaker arm so that it points directly upwards.
Stabilise your weaker arm at the elbow using your stronger arm.
Bend your weaker arm at the elbow, lowering your hand towards your forehead.
Straighten your elbow again to point your arm upwards.
Aim to keep your shoulder still throughout the exercise.
