Elbow taps in plank

Start on your hands and toes at the top of a press-up position.
Keep your body in a straight line.
Push your chest slightly away from the floor then hold this position.
Shift your weight onto one arm and tap your elbow on the opposite side.
Try to keep your pelvis level and body in a straight line.
Bring your weight back to two arms and repeat with the other side.
