Elbow to plinth (unaffected side) ('ADL' Bed mobility - sitting, leaning onto bent arm, stronger side)

Sit upright on a firm surface with your feet hip width apart.
Sit far enough back so that your thighs are supported on the surface.
Lean your body toward your stronger side to rest on your elbow.
Aim to keep both sides of your pelvis in contact with the surface as you lean down.
Hold this position before returning to upright sitting again in the middle.
