Elevated kneeling push up – Adaptive

Perform this exercise with your prosthetics on.
Start in a push-up position on your hands and knees
Place your hands on a box at shoulder–width position and cross your legs at your ankles.
Your body should be in a straight line between your shoulders and hips.
Lower your chest towards the box and push back up.
During the movement keep your shoulders down and your body in a straight line.
