End of range knee flexion stretch (Knee flexion AAROM end range, sitting to heel, knee on table)

Stand on your unaffected leg and place your affected knee on a supportive surface.
Slowly lower your weight down onto your affected leg to increase the bend in the knee.
Hold this position.
