Eye tracking for balance - VOR (Balance, standing, eye movement multi directions, beside a chair)

Stand next to a chair holding on to the back rest for stability
Keep your head still throughout this exercise and try to use your eyes only.
Start with a horizontal gaze and then look up as far as you can without moving your head and then return to the starting position.
Then look down and return your eyes to the the horizontal.
Look to the right as far as you can, and then to the left.
Come back to the neutral position looking directly ahead.
Now we are going to look in diagonals.
Look up to the right and then move your gaze across to look down left.
Come back to neutral position.
Look up to the left and then look down right.
Return your gaze back to the neutral position.
